OrgSupport's package of services includes staffing for the day-to-day needs of nonprofit organizations. We handle the busywork and everyday communications that overwhelm volunteer boards, which frees your organization to focus on its core mission without sacrificing valuable board resources. All services are carried out with a focus on the priorities of your organization and are included in one low monthly fee.

At OrgSupport, we pride ourselves on providing our clients with outstanding service at a reasonable cost. All of the services available through OrgSupport are included for a flat monthly fee. Please call to discuss our rates.


Communications

OrgSupport improves communication among your board, volunteers, and donors by managing telephone, email, and traditional mail. This includes follow-ups, meeting reminders and facilitating document exchanges between officers and interested parties.

Record Meetings

OrgSupport attends up to two meetings per month, digitally records the meetings, creates minutes, sends electronic recordings to those that could not attend, and creates an archive of all electronic recordings for your organization's permanent record.

Organization

OrgSupport manages scheduling, sends meeting reminders and supports the work of the committees and individual members of the board.

Document Creation

OrgSupport creates meeting agendas, takes minutes, managers donor databases, and writes basic correspondence, such as thank- you letters and donation request letters.

Telephone Number

OrgSupport serves as your first point of contact for phone calls. We staff your phone line and, should you need a telephone number, will provide one for your exclusive use.

Email Management

OrgSupport handles all email inquiries sent to your organization's 'info' address. When appropriate, OrgSupport forwards emails to board members for action.

Website Updates

OrgSupport handles basic website changes (for example, adding or deleting board member names, posting information about upcoming events, etc.). Additionally, you will have an information page about your organization on the OrgSupport website.

Mail Services

OrgSupport collects your mail twice a month. We respond to information requests, record donor names, send thank-you letters, draft and mail correspondence, forward checks to your treasurer for deposit, etc.

General Help

OrgSupport provides ad-hoc support as needs arise. We work to understand your vision, mission, people, and needs, and we provide the services that enable you to grow and succeed.
